“Artisan cabinetmaker, turner, sculptor, designer, restorer… and wood lover. Born August 27, 1968 in Montbrison. Discovered woodturning in 1979. In 1984, he enrolled in a cabinetmaking CAP, a BEP in wood construction, and a BT in fixtures and fittings at the LTP Maurice la Mache in Lyon. This was followed by a wealth of professional experience in woodworking: cabinetmaking, restoration, marquetry, creation, prototypes, etc. In 2000, I worked for seven years with a designer in St Galmier, creating and producing exceptional pieces. In December 2016, I set up my own business: Atelier Arbrissime in Epercieux st Paul. My approach is as much artistic as it is artisanal, My work consists of enhancing the value of wood while trying to raise public awareness of respect for and protection of the tree History of revealing: its memory, its beauty, its wounds,… its mysteries. Certified “répar’acteur”, eco-designer, restorer of all kinds, making objects, furniture and small constructions. Creation, optimization and reuse of resources for unique creations. ”
