At the age of 44, he was awarded the Indian Government&#8217;s Best Artist Trophy for his work on rural development. Solo exhibitions of his work have met with great success in Calcutta and New Dehli.    <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Ashish also has his own gallery in Khana&#8217;s Tiger Center. Above all, he is an altruistic painter. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Living in the primary forest near Khana, Ashish developed his skills as a naturalist painter, and his works are based on the themes of the jungle, tigers and indigenous people. His style has evolved in two phases: one with a traditional classical style, the other more abstract. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1432\"
